The BAMSI Helpline is a team of staff and volunteers whose goal is to link those in need with services and support, providing information, referrals and advocacy.
Responsibilities include maintaining and updating call information in the Helpline database, collect data in a systematic and continuous manner and up-dating agency and program information in the database.
Interns may also be able to participate in professional development workshops offered by the BAMSI Corporation. As community partners, Helpline interns have exposure to many agencies and have ideal opportunities to network. Interns will also have the chance to make unique contributions in a self paced and creative manner.
