Description

Have fun in a low pressure atmosphere walking around the neighborhood and helping your local nurses in bettering our healthcare. Saturday, there will be a volunteer opportunity for anyone who has some spare time and is interested in some light walking in their local community. The objective is mainly to spread awareness to assigned neighborhoods about safe patients and why it matters in healthcare. Friends are highly encouraged to come along! We work together with partners or teams! No prior knowledge on the subject is needed but nurses and medical staff are certainly welcome.

So come meet with us for free snacks as we walk for patient safety! Many people in our community are not aware of the patient risks and patient deaths that occur in hospitals due to lack of nurses in hospitals. So we need to explain why we need to hire more nurses! We will be canvassing in Brockton this upcoming Saturday to engage with our local community and spread healthcare awareness. We will begin the event by meeting at 721 Belmont St Brockton (across from Brockton High School) (RSVP Required) and discussing our daily objective and answering questions. Following that we will split into groups and begin our walking!
