What We Do

For more than 100 years, Southcoast VNA has been dedicated to helping people of all ages recover or live with illness or injury by providing them with compassionate and personalized care in the comfort of home.

We are committed to providing high-quality, comprehensive health and hospice services in the home setting through a broad scope of traditional and specialized programs and services, which foster improvement and maintenance of health, prevention of disease and disability, and compassionate end-of-life care.

Services are delivered by a team of more than 350 employees, including highly skilled and experienced nursing and rehabilitation professionals.

Services are provided utilizing evidence-based clinical practices and sophisticated medical technology and are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Our highly-coordinated home health and hospice services are available throughout Southeastern Massachusetts and East Bay Rhode Island.
