The Mission of the Alzheimer's Association MA/NH Chapter is: To eliminate Alzheimer's disease through the advancement of research; to provide and enhance care and support for all affected; and to reduce the risk of dementia through the promotion of brain health
What We Do
The Alzheimer’s Association supports families facing Alzheimer's disease by providing critical programs and services, including: a 24/7 Toll-Free Helpline, Support Groups, Care Consultations, Educational Programs, Advocacy & Public Policy, Trainings for Professionals, Funding Alzheimer's Research, and Increasing Public Awareness.
