Who We Are
Community Nurse provides home health care and hospice in southeastern Massachusetts. Our team of nurses, therapists, home health aides, social workers, administrative staff as well as a large group of dedicated volunteers are committed to prividing the best patient focused home healthcare services to our community.
What We Do
Community Nurse has been an independent, not-for-profit agency dedicated to providing a continuum of quality home care services to the communities of southeastern Massachusetts since 1916. Our Hospice Team allows for patients to remain comfortable in their home as the patients approaches end of life. Our hospice volunteers provide companionship, an ear, or a hand to hold for the patients and their families.
