The mission at Pinnacle Partnerships is to improve the landscape and outcomes related to child mental health by leveraging the strengths and power associated with Family Driven Practice and Care. Pinnacle is an organization that provides consultation and training to various stakeholders (both passive and active) in the child mental health care system. We also provide services directly to communities, children and families who are currently experiencing mental health problems.
Our ideal candidate will have a strong interest in the following: Children's Mental Health Family Systems Social Justice Entrepreneurship Health Care Growing a Brand
Applicants must also possess: A self-starter Creative thinking skills An attitude for success A willingness to learn, adjust and adapt Internet access A smartphone An ability to stay on task Organizational skills Strong communication skills Time to meet virtually once a week
Duties will include but are not limited to: Produce high-quality videos–from concept to execution related to the inclusion of mental health treatment for youth and their families Create and iterate videos that reflect a brand, enforce a language, and inject hope and partnership into our messaging Collaborate across teams to ensure messaging is succinct - especially related to social media, podcasts and the development of training and presentations Help our team develop content for brand messaging and conduct user testing
This position is an internship (the length of the internship is negotiable). There is no salary or benefits associated with this position.

Volunteer: Psychological Enhanced Response Liaison (PERL)PERL Job Overview: Respond to family requests for peer support via PERL App. Provide support and guidance to families raising children with mental health needs via family preferred method of communication (ie. video chat, smartphone, text, and/or in person communications. Support resource building and navigation to families related to youth mental health. Make recommendations to ensure the quality of family-centered care and services. Participate in training and other events to provide a family-centered perspective. Facilitate trainings and support for leadership within education, agencies, organizations, and other stakeholders Participate in Quality Assurance activities and data collection as needed. Provide expert guidance via consultation to educators, agencies, organizations, and other stakeholders to support family-driven decision-making processes as requested. PERL Qualifications: Requirements Submit a Cover Letter with application Lived-experience being the parent or primary caregiver for a child with mental health needs. In depth knowledge of the MA Behavioral Health System Access to a smartphone, computer, and reliable internet. Nice to Have Certification(s) in Wrap Around, Motivational Interviewing, Collaborative Problem Solving, and/or Youth Mental Health First Aid. License/Car.
