Shining Tides Preschool

We are a unique preschool that uses responsive curriculum design, based on the strengths and needs of the children. Teachers set goals for each child and create a rich environment where children have experiences to develop based on their interests. We draw on Montessori, Waldorf and Reggio Emilia approaches, honoring each child's spirit and tendencies toward independence, a sense of order, exploration, creative expression and inventive play as learners.

We provide an engaging and challenging early learning environment that cultivates social-emotional competence. We believe that every child who enters preschool is an authentic representative of their family's culture and values.
